Dream Incubation Guided Meditation (Full Length)


This guided meditation is designed to help you ask your dreams a question and wake up with an answer in the form of a dream or idea. It is meant to be listened to before you go to sleep. Ideally, listen on a night when you don’t have to wake to an alarm, which will quickly pull you out of the brain wave state that is associated with dreaming. Lingering in this slower brain wave state can help us recall our dreams when we first wake up.

Keep a pen/paper or recording device nearby, so you can record your dream and any thoughts, impressions, ideas, songs, etc. when you wake up.
