Dream Incubation Guided Meditation (Shorter Version)


This is the shorter version of the guided meditation for dream incubation. It is meant to be listened to before you go to sleep so you can ask your dreams a question and wake up with an answer in the form of a dream or idea. It’s best to do this when you don’t have to wake to an alarm, which will quickly pull you out of the brain wave state that is associated with dreaming and cause you to forget. Keep a pen/paper or recording device nearby, so you can record the dream and any thoughts, impressions, ideas, songs, etc. when you wake.
